Bring signed waivers for everyone in your group. For children under 18, their legal guardian must sign a waiver. To save you and us time, please arrive with your waivers already printed and signed.
Provide your print waiver to Cubmaster Andy (Pack 67) by 8:15am.
Approved participants will receive wristbands upon returning their signed consent forms. Only once your paperwork is complete will your group be led to your staging sequence.
No one will be allowed in the parade without a signed waiver and a wristband.
👉Tip: There will be a lot of standing around. OPA will put us in our marching order beginning at around 8:30am and we must be a complete party. This will be a good time to take you children for pee breaks at Starbucks, the porta potty or The Viceroy
All participants are expected to complete the parade concluding at Barnard Way/Ocean Park Blvd (beach parking lot).
Vehicles must exit the beach lot legally (No passengers standing, in truck beds, etc.)
With limited shuttle and pedicab availability back to the Civic Lot, please consider arranging alternative transportation or a pick-up from the beach lot (4 or 5 south).
We will host a playdate at the park after the parade is over. Please bring a snack or your own lunch.
